Staffing Service USA Customer Service Call Center Representative - Lancaster, PA in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

*We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Call Center Rep for a hybrid/remote position in Lancaster, PA! *

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary, commissions, 401K, paid time off (PTO) and benefits! 

Hybrid/remote work schedule available after training is complete and the employee receives a positive evaluation. (Hybrid/Remote schedule consists of three days working remotely and two days working in the office). 

The Call Center Customer Service Rep will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Respond promptly to customer calls, texts and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Log all call information into the computer system
  • Process customer payments 
  • Follow up calls/emails with customers
  • Communicate with different departments to ensure that the customers needs are being met
  • Work an on-call rotation that consists of some evening and weekend remote work

The Call Center Customer Service Rep MUST meet the following requirements:

  • 2+ years experience working in a call center or customer service role with heavy call volume
  • Ability to work independently and also as a member of a team
  • Self-motivated
  • Customer-service oriented with a friendly and warm demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
