Position Summary:

Assembles various types of filters. Performs such duties as stapling, applying wrap to pleats, capping, assembling tubes and springs, spot welding, seaming, spinning, spinning adhesive/plastisol, cutting media, wrap or other material as required. Applying gaskets and inspecting. May require tucking and filter repair, packaging and stacking of product. This position will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy.

Second Shift Hours:Monday to Friday, 3:20pm – 1:40am (10 hours). Scheduled Saturday, 10:00am – 3:00pm.

Lancaster's Parker Hannifin Filtration--Wages & Benefits:

• Pay range $16.50/hour with 90-day increases, capping out at $17.50.

• 2nd shift differential pay $1.00/hour

• Sign on Bonus $750; after 90 days

Essential Functions:

• Good attendance is an essential function of this position.

• Assembles various types of filters, as needed.

• Completes first piece inspection on products.

• May spin, apply adhesive and/or plastisol to products or components.

• May cut media, wrap, or other material, as required.

• May perform spot welding, seaming, on filters or components.

• May perform packing and inspection of product.

• Must complete all quality data and product reports, as needed.

• Must meet daily performance requirements.

• May require minor computer use for daily M.O.'s and inventory adjustments.

• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly inventories, as required.

• Must be able to read, understand and have knowledge of all procedures and to meet requirements of these procedures relating to manufacturing of product.

• The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger or touch objects, tools, or controls, to push and pull objects, and lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. The associate is occasionally required to reach above the shoulders, and lift and/or move 30 to 50 lbs.

• Secures assistance from supervisor to correct defects or deficiencies as they occur.

• Ability to work overtime hours as required by business need.

• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of diagrams to ensure proper specifications are being met.
