Job Title: Accounting & Payroll Administrator
Job Description:
The Accounting and Payroll Administrator (APA) will provide support with general accounting, payroll, and administrative tasks within the finance and payroll department. This role involves processing multistate payroll in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing prevailing wage and certified payroll. Additionally, the APA will process invoices, match them with purchase orders, and set up new vendors.
Qualifications:
1 year of payroll processing experience from 2020 or later
2+ years of experience working in an office setting in accounting
Able to navigate within spreadsheets in Excel
Experience using an ERP system
