Aerotek 1st Shift Welder in Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Description:
The Welder / Fitter will be responsible for manufacturing fire trucks within a custom shop setting. This role includes the fabrication, layout/fitting, and welding of custom vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
• MIG or TIG Welding on stainless steel and aluminum materials
• Perform welding (AWS 3G/4G) according to blueprints
• Fabricate components from raw stock, as needed
• Read and follow detailed operator instructions, installation drawings, blueprints, etc.
• Self-check work and inspect prior processes
• Use hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools, as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
Pay/Benefits
Pay Range: $24-28/hr

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00
401k: 100% match of first 3%, and 50% match for the next 2%
4 Tiers: Employee only, Employee and Spouse, Employee and Children, Family. 3 plan options: PPO, HDHP Gold, HDHP Silver
Dental and Vision Plans
Basic life insurance coverage of $30,000
PTO: 60 hours in first 2 years, then 100 hours year 2-5, 140 hours year 5-10, 180 hours at 10 years and after

This is a fully onsite position in Lancaster,PA.
