Try-it Distributing Sales Assistant in LANCASTER, New York

Summary:To optimize execution at the account level and cost effectively distribute company products. Major objectives are to improve market share; distribution; account relationship; product shelf position; and optimize case sales per stop. As a sales assistant to the Area Managers and the Route Salesman, develop personal relationships with retailers to enhance a positive image of the Company by performing the following duties. Essential Functions (must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation): Call on assigned accounts according to schedule approved by Area Manager. Responsible for pre-order coverage for all vacations and personal days in assigned team area. Responsible for pre-order coverage for all TID holiday weeks in assigned team area. Responsible for pre-order coverage for all Team Sell days for assigned team. Call on all Telsell accounts in assigned area. Responsible for the sales of all brands, packages and promotion offered by the Company. Collect all accounts receivable within designates accounts per company policy. Adheres to all sales standards (per sales manual) example: P.O.S., rotation etc. Attends all sales functions (meetings, promotions etc). Investigates and resolved customer problems with sales and deliveries. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills:- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
