Responsibilities and Expectations: IPS is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the Cleveland, Ohio service center. The successful candidate will have experience with motor and/or generator repair and may support other sites within the North Region as needed and for more complex issues. This role demands a blend of deep technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to drive the development and implementation of innovative repair services and electrical designs.This position will be responsible for performing RCFA to develop engineered solutions and for providing technical support for both in-shop and field repairs and provide technical support and consultation to the Cleveland sales team. Unmatched Customer Service Actively participate in the IPS UCE tier meeting process - UCE1 and above Provide electrical engineering and technical support to Cleveland EMD team Ensure that IPS solutions meet customer expectations and applicable industry standards.
