Digital Marketing Project Manager (NON-IT) Possible Contract to Hire Hybrid: 3 days onsite, with no deviation (required onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays) NO C2C Our CPG client is seeking a Digital Project Manager to ensure all communication initiatives via paid media, organic, social and email channels are launched on time. This role will be supporting a high profile division with multiple audiences. In this role, one will serve as project management lead taking on the following responsibilities and tasks: Work closely in partnership with Marketing Communications Strategy team for efficient and effective end-to-end coordination of projects Develop and maintain project plans and documentation in accordance with established processes and standards Enter project tasks, assignments, dependencies, etc. into Workfront and manage portfolios of Workfront projects Collaborate to ensure stakeholders are aware and accountable for action items, projects, and programs, and that deliverables are high quality and on time. This includes heavy scheduling responsibilities (kick-off and status meetings, etc.) Provide ongoing and appropriate status updates, meeting notes/action items, etc. to stakeholders throughout each project Participate in the establishment of timelines and processes for deliverables and ensure all deadlines are met To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following: 4+ years of creative project management experience, if you have your CAPM credentials, all the better!
