Compliance Internship Location: CLEVELAND, OH, United States Job Family : Professional - Entry Job Type : Regular Posted : Apr 12, 2024 Job ID: 48239 Job Description Position Summary The Parker Compliance Internship Program is focused on developing new talent by exposing interns to dynamic and challenging fields. Interns gain a valuable understanding of real-world projects, tasks, challenges, and opportunities within the industry. Students typically work from late May to mid-August and are provided with specific, meaningful, measurable goals. Qualifications Ability to work in-office 40 hours per week during the Summer Currently pursuing or planning to pursue a degree at an accredited college or university in the United States Ability to work effectively on a variety of assignments (i.e., ability to multitask) Ability to work individually as well as work effectively with others as part of a team Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft and Google Forms Experience with Power BI or Tableau Responsibilities This individual will work closely with the Corporate Compliance team Assist with creating training using PowerPoint and Articulate Assist with creating SharePoint site Assist with updating compliance procedures / standard work Assist with updating the audit / business review software system Assist with user access reviews Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley programs and procedures Collaborate on annual policy review initiative Perform quality assessment reviews (QAR) of documents for clarity and accuracy Perform other duties as assigned Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies.
