Join Staffmark as we seek an Administrative Assistant in Lakewood, NJ, serving under the parent company of some of the nation's fastest-growing brands.

Pay rate: $20 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide crucial support to the accounting department, working closely with the Controller.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Controller with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department.
  • Process documents and manage accounts efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Support vendor relations.
  • Reconcile accounting statements.
  • Perform basic entries in QuickBooks.
  • Handle incoming emails and calls promptly.
  • Fulfill other general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail is paramount.
