We are seeking an experiencedHumans ResourcesSecretary IIIwho has a proven track record of assisting a team onsite and able to meet deadlines with quality deliverables.
Position Summary:
The role of the Humans ResourcesSecretary IIIis to support Western Area Power Administration, located inLakewood, CO.
Responsibilities may include:
Greet visitors
Making travel arrangements, preparing travel vouchers, and entering information and data into Concur
Manage post employee 30-day follow up
Initiate and process employee awards
Responsible for a variety of duties using multiple databases and on-line programs
Develop regular/recurring queries and gather and analyze data to prepare reports
Maintain up-to-date posting of Position Descriptions using Share Point
Maintain and post information/documents to internal web page
Assists with scheduling from the HR Director’s calendar
Maintain up-to-date posting of Phone Directory and Organizational Charts
Able to proofread and edit documents
Taking Meeting Notes
Scheduling Meetings
Qualifications
Qualifications (please add key qualifications specific to the job posting):
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience of at least 5-years.
Must be willing to participate in federal background investigation and drug test.
Transparent communicator with superior written and oral communication skills
Pragmatic team player who is not confined by a job description and is willing step in to assist where needed no task is too big or too small for you
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong active listening skills
Superior organization skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Able to use Microsoft Suite Applications – Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and One Note
