Overview
The Job in a Nutshell:
The Store Operations Support Coordinator will assist the Manager of Operations Support throughout the duration of a large-scale company project. This position will work within the inventory management system, support month end tasks, and work to set stores up for success by resolving issues in a timely, professional, and caring manner. This is a hybrid remote position, though flexibility is required.

Responsibilities
Main Ingredients:
- SAP Support
Provide back up to the Manager of Operations Support
Work to resolve issues, questions, and process concerns for store Crew
Complete month end tasks
- Returns
Change orders
Transfers
- Store Support - Provide timely resolutions and support for:
Smart Safe and Armored Courier concerns
Point of sale system back-end issues and questions
Store tickets and emails
Collaborate with Purchasing and Nutrition Education departments on quarterly sales contest
Write process documents for inventory management system and properly catalog
Review and test process documents for accuracy
Although this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be “hands on” and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.
3 years of Natural Grocers operations experience required
Natural Grocers Operations Team and Natural Grocers Store Level Management experience required
Familiarity with Natural Grocers policies and procedures a must
SAP experience required
Possess excellent, professional communication and writing skills and detail oriented
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work easily with multiple demands and competing priorities
Ability to remain calm under stress
Motivated self-starter working with minimal supervision, thinks outside the box
Process improvement experience
Experience creating process documents

Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to constantly lift or carry up to 10 lbs., frequently lift or carry 11-20 lbs., and occasionally lift or carry 21-50 lbs. Must also have the ability to occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs. with a team lift.
Must have the ability to frequently push or pull up to 15 lbs. and occasionally push or pull 16-100 lbs.
Must be able to occasionally use the computer for data entry and use of mouse.
Must be able to constantly walk, stand, use fine motor manipulations, grip, bend, twist, turn, and reach outward for the duration of the work shift.
Must be able to frequently to reach above chest.
Must be able to occasionally sit, squat, kneel, and climb as needed.
Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to frequently work with sharp tools and equipment, dust, fumes, and congested worksite.
Must be able to occasionally work with noise, cold, heat, wet, humid, outside, heights, and contact stress.
