Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities Job Function: This person will support leading large-scale mergers, acquisitions, and/or enterprise strategic initiatives to drive EBITDA growth and delivery of PCB strategic objectives. Manage multiple mid-level projects as needed. Improve and follow Project Management and Integration tools and processes. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, within approved scope, and deliver expected benefits and outcomes. Job Duties: Develop and manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Lead Core Team, Steering Committee, and represent project in Change Control Board meetings. Proactively manage RAID and project status updates. Plan risk mitigation and address emerging issues. Gain Stakeholder and leadership alignment on risks and contingencies. Ensure project delivery and budget attainment for approved scope. Partner with Executive Sponsor for timely and on-budget integration. Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closing. Assess resource needs and obtain project team members. Build high-performing team based on trust and shared accountability. Transform project objectives into detailed scope requirements and develop agreed upon project blueprint. Engage with IT, Legal, and procurement on 3rd party contracts. Lead cross-functional meetings for alignment and risk mitigation. Track and drive activities based on schedule and critical path. Create cost estimates and track performance against budget. Follow established project change approval processes. Develop and execute communication plans for project delivery. Monitor project performance and escalate issues as needed. Manage risk by planning responses and communicating changes. Assure quality and obtain approval for project deliverables. Address factors impacting project success with Change Management and Steering Team. Mentor other project managers and reinforce standard PM tools and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; PMP required; MBA or BS/MS in Project Management preferred. 10+ years of project management experience, 5+ years in consumer-packaged goods industry. Experience with formal organizational change readiness methodologies. Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and MS Project; Intermediate SharePoint experience preferred.
