Description: The Sales Operations Specialist will accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment, and maintaining data integrity within the order management, contracting, and other sales adjacent systems. This role is also responsible for assisting sales in navigating systems and internal business processes to expedite and remove friction from the sales process. What You'll Do: * Assist in the creation and review of quotes, proposals, and contracts * Facilitate the internal approval process for complex sales transactions * Ensure all deals comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements * Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to obtain necessary approvals * Maintain the accuracy and integrity of order data within order management and other adjacent systems * Update customer and order information as needed to reflect changes or corrections * Generate and manage reports on order status, fulfillment rates, and other key metrics * Identify and communicate process improvements to enhance order entry accuracy and efficiency * Collaborate with Director of Revenue Operations to optimize order management systems and tools * Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order entry and deal desk processes * Work closely with sales, customer service, contracts, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment * Provide training and support to team members on order entry procedures and systems * Travel to orientation, industry or company events, or other onsite meetings as required * Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned Requirements:* Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience * Experience in order entry, order management, sales operations, or a similar role, and familiarity with order management systems and ERP software * Experience with sales technology tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, sales analytics tools, service desk, or other similar technologies * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Technical proficiency in managing order data and systems * Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information * Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills * Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation * Ability to travel as required, up to 10% Benefits and Growth: * Outstanding compensation package * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * 401(k) matching * Paid Time Off * In office and remote work environments available * Perks in the office such as snacks, tap beer, and ping-pong * The ability to do meaningful, challenging work on a fun and collaborative team For applicants that reside in the following states, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents, please contact careers@imagetrend.com for salary range information.
