Lockheed Martin HR Systems Integration Manager in Lakeland, Florida
Description: As part of Lockheed Martin's digital transformation, we are embarking on a journey to modernize our Human Capital and Payroll Systems. This position will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts focused on aiding HR and Payroll professionals with modernizing our processes and configuring our new HR and Payroll SaaS Solution.
Experience with leading teams across geographic locations; including staffing, coaching and career development
Experience with translation of those processes to IT system implementations; balancing technical requirements with business needs
Experience with building cross-functional partnerships
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
Experience leading teams using agile paradigms
Experience balancing sustaining legacy systems while deploying new technology
Experience with HRMS and Payroll processes and procedures;
