Join the Omnichannel team to flex your analytical skills to support our ever-growing Omnichannel business! You will play a key role in working with stakeholders to understand Publix's Omnichannel business needs, translating those needs to software requirements, and driving fast-paced and high-value software delivery.
Responsibilities:
Engage with stakeholders to understand business problems and capture requirements.
Translate business requirements to technical requirements and ensure understanding amongst development team.
Continuously monitor development team activities, schedule, and risks.
Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure high quality deliverables.
Build implementation plans and coordinate team implementation activities.
Plan, capture, and monitor key performance indicators and other metrics to evaluate success of efforts.

Year End Bonus:
As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
