Responsibilities
Lead and supervise field crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of pump stations according to project specifications and company standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop work schedules, allocate resources, and ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
Provide technical guidance and training to field personnel on proper equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to the job site in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project activities, including daily work logs, equipment inventory, and safety inspections.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
standing for 7 hours at one time

Underground Construction (5 years of experience is required)
