Florida Window & Door Customer Support Specialist in Lake Worth, Florida

We take pride in providing superior customer service and we are currently seeking someone with hospitality and office experience for our Customer Support Specialist role. This is highly responsible customer service-oriented work and focuses on providing timely status updates to our customers about their project.

Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities

  • Responsible for communicating with our customers and providing them with clear and accurate project information.

  • Utilizing our internal client information database, and communicating with other departments to obtain project information updates as needed.

  • Responsible for updating database with information communicated to customer.

  • Responsible for composing and preparing replies to customer inquiries independently using word processing software (Outlook).

  • Using correct and updated application forms to assist with filling out permit applications forms with clear and accurate customer and property information within various municipalities/Counties.

  • Mailing application forms to customers for signatures.

Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of diversified general office/clerical experience.

  • Experience with providing customer service in person, over the telephone, and via email in an office environment.

  • Thorough knowledge of business English, spelling, and grammar.

  • Ability to perform word processing and/or data entry.

  • Ability to compose effective and accurate correspondence.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general public.
