Job Description

Assists with analyzing, verifying, tracking, and reporting on needs for the various information technology services. Gathers business requirements, conducts needs assessments, and develops functional specifications to ensure that developed information technology solutions support business objectives.

Job Responsibility

1.Possesses functional knowledge of assigned application technology including version releases, industry standards and legal & regulatory requirements.

2.Ensures programs meet business specifications.

3.Diagnoses and resolves questions or problems in the areas of system configuration/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements.

4.Translates business requirements into product-specific design and configuration, detailed requirement specifications and use cases, provides accurate and timely information and appropriate notification as required.

5.Delivers functional specifications, design documents, business process workflow and related documentation for new development projects and/or enhancement and modification requests.

6.Participates in the software build, configuration, testing and QA as required; assists in supporting activations and rollouts, as required.

7.Designs and executes functional, integration, and regression test plans for new application functionality, product releases and enhancements using business scenarios and user cases, as appropriate.

8.Reviews vendor provided documentation and user manuals needed to support the product.

9.Participates in user focus groups and requirements workshops, vendor training and demonstrations.

10.Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Delivers information and collaborates on problems/issues within defined parameters.

11.Follows direction. Work is closely managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.

Job Qualification

*Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

*0-1 years of relevant experience, required.

Preferred Skills:

Entry level Business Analyst experience

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $58,500-$79,300/year
