Description:

As a Property Maintenance Tech, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of our properties, contributing to the overall satisfaction and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC system inspections.
Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Performing preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of the properties.
Collaborating with a diverse team to ensure efficient operations.
Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
On Call
Oversee work of all outside contractors
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair work.
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
