Description:

At Heritage Place, we are dedicated to providing top-notch maintenance services to our properties, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living environment for our residents. As a Property Maintenance Tech, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of our properties, contributing to the overall satisfaction and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC system inspections.

  • Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Performing preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of the properties.

  • Collaborating with a diverse team to ensure efficient operations.

  • Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities.

  • On Call

  • Oversee work of all outside contractors

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair work.

  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
