Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process
Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and orientation
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations
Support employee development initiatives, including training programs and career development opportunities
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, ensuring our HR processes remain efficient and effective
