Solution Analyst - Business Operations: Deloitte Consulting, US Delivery Center

Work you'll do
As a Solution Analyst, you'll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.
Knowledge Areas- Business Operations

Strategy:
Analyze and provide recommendations to client improvement opportunities by combining client data, subject matter experts, and data analytics tools
Provide insightful analysis and develop data-fueled reports to help our client address some of their complex business issues
Conduct thorough market, competitor, or other types of research to bring the most current and relevant information to the decision makers in our clients' C-suite of leaders
Utilize GenAI tools for data analysis, process optimization, and predictive modeling in business operations. Provide project support in planning, execution, monitor & control, and reporting activities of a project
Manage and coordinate AI implementation projects, ensuring on time delivery aligned with client requirements, while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
Develop customized solutions and draft functional design documentation utilizing strong skills in logical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
Conduct insightful analysis and develop data-fueled reports to help our client address some of their complex business issues
Supply Chain:
Design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of supply chain processes across industries
Build new business processes around finance, supply chain, Enterprise IT and other key functions
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree completed by August 2025 in these or related areas of study.
Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Org Behavior), Social Studies (e.g. Economics, Political Science, Psychology), Project Management, Operations & Supply Chain, Liberal Arts (e.g. Humanities, Area Studies, Industrial and Labor Relations)
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role
Preferred skillsets: Excellent analytical and writing skills. Excellent verbal communication skills with peers, leaders, and clients. Confidence with business processes and ability to determine impacts on business operations. Executive presence, an eye for process improvement, and ability to solve complex problems. Ability to articulate status reports and present in front of others as well as in a virtual environment. Familiarity with GenAI tools and applications
