General Definition of Work
Performs complex work in Microsoft 365, Exchange Hybrid environments, VMware, SharePoint backups, and disaster recovery. In collaboration with IT professionals will support technology solutions that align with business objectives.Work is performed under the general direction of the Infrastructure Service Manager.
Special Note
This position may require occasional evening and weekend work to perform system upgrades, updates, or resolve critical issues. Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours support may also be required.
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Systems Administrator with extensive experience in Microsoft 365, Exchange Hybrid environments, VMware, SharePoint, backups, and disaster recovery to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of our organization\'s virtualization infrastructure, email systems, collaboration platforms, and backup solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of critical IT systems. The Systems Administrator will collaborate closely with other IT professionals and departments to implement and support technology solutions that align with business objectives.
