Class Description:\ Incumbent is responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks that directly relates to water fitness. Teaching position only, not scheduled for Lifeguarding assignments.
The ideal candidate will be safety driven, energetic, team oriented, and able to engage participants in exercise classes.
Essential Functions

Instructs various age groups in a variety of water and land-based exercise classes.
Plans activities and lessons for class.
Maintains order in the pool and on the deck area.
May teach swim lessons.
Provides information and customer service.
Accountable for exercise equipment.
Attends training and other staff meetings.
Completes reports as needed.
Maintains regular attendance.
Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Operates and maintains motor vehicles and other work-related equipment requiring a valid Driver\'s License.
