House Keeper - 5 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/2025 - 10/31/2025.
Employer: Vinnic, LLC, DBA Super 8 Lake George Downtown, 2159 State Rt 9, Lake George, NY 12845.
Duties: Clean rooms including bathroom, living area and kitchenettes (changing linens, scrubbing sinks, tubs, floors, walls, and vacuuming), wash laundry, maintenance of grounds (pick up refuse, mow, string trim), maintain pool and building (clean spills, wash walls, remove trash), attend front desk (keeping the area sanitized and free of refuse and dust). Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Employer to provide transportation to and from work sites in Warren county, from central location.
No education or experience required.
Work hours: vary Mon-Sat, 8am-6pm, 40 hours/week at $18.02/hour. 0-10 hours of OT/week available at $27.03/hr.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly on Thursday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
