Become guest satisfaction driven as a Golf Pro Shop Cashier by assisting in all golf shop operations. What will you be doing? * Check in golfers. * Ring in Group Outings * Sell merchandise * Monitor and fill out proper paperwork including membership paperwork. * Answer phone enquiries. * Take tee time reservations. * Sell gift certificates on the golf course for Event Hole. * Record cash taken in vs. dollar value given out in gift certificates. * Maintain cleanliness of locker room, issue lockers for guests, and stock locker room supplies. * Weekly inventory and locker room supplies list given to Head Professional. * Assist with spike changes and shoe shining. * Issue rental shoes. * Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank * Perform simple arithmetic functions. * Assist with daily golf operations as directed by Professional Staff. * Monitor golf course and weather conditions through GPS, and DTN Weather computer. * Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank.
