Description Boutique law office with a specialization in estate planning and wealth preservation seeks an estate planning attorney to join their team. Responsibilities: - Preparation of estate planning documents according to client needs - Drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents - Meeting with clients to discuss and explain estate planning strategies - Keeping up to date with laws regarding estate planning and trust - Assisting with probate and trust administration - Collaborating within our team and contributing to ongoing cases Requirements Requirements: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admission to IL or WI bar Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a team High level of commitment towards client service
