Overview
THE ROLE:
Coordinator, Maintenance Inventory will coordinate assigned projects & collect and analyze data within the Engineering & Maintenance department.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Place PO request for all parts needed in the Engineering and Maintenance department
Responsible for the spare parts inventory of the plant
Collects, analyzes, and reports data collected on assigned projects
Procure quotations from vendors for parts used in the maintenance department
Provide project support by procuring the parts needed to complete projects
Responsible for the organization of maintenance inventory supplies and spare equipment parts to be stocked
Assist with the equipment library and organization by procuring equipment manuals from vendors
This position will require overtime and weekend work as necessary
Responsibly for the spare parts inventory on the CMMS software

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills:
Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel programs and extended knowledge of Oracle software
Experience with computerized inventory programs
Knowledge of CMMS preferably e-Maintenance
Knowledge of nutritional/scientific terminology
Ability to work effectively as a team member and interact positively with all staff, clients and outside vendors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Superior attention to detail
Calm, flexible, and efficient when dealing with multiple priorities, people and tasks
Maintains confidentiality of company-sensitive and proprietary information
Uses initiative and exercises sound independent judgment
Ability to work with and communicate with all levels of management
Ability to recognize, prioritize and accomplish needed tasks
Compliance with all Company policies, work rules, safety regulations and good housekeeping requirements
Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
Ability to stay focused and on task following written and verbal instructions
Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with individuals contacted in course of work including outside vendors, contractors or suppliers
Exhibits a sense of urgency in completing tasks and job assignments correctly, on time, the first time
Experience:
3-5 years’ experience working in a Maintenance Department
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision is required
Must be familiar with cGMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) & SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) requirements within a regulated working environment
Education:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by hands on or vocational school training
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
