Summary This position is the equivalent of a Sous Chef in the Commercial Hotel business.Shades of Green is a 584-room Resort Hotel on Walt Disney World property. It has 4 Food and beverage outlets and full-service Banquet operations. Shades of Green Resort® - Serving Those Who Serve Responsibilities Assists Executive Chef in day-to-day planning and management of all phases of food preparation in a hotel, club or restaurant where formal dining and catering are a regular and substantial basis of the total food operation. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level. Education, experience or a combination of both which includes planning and managing all phases of a hotel, club or restaurant food program.
