Required Skills:

International Product Growth Manager, Nigeria Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the Meta family of apps is well adapted to be successful in Nigeria

  2. Provide local insights, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for Meta’s success in Nigeria

  3. Explore and identify strategic growth opportunities in Nigeria leveraging internal and external resources as well as in-country activities

  4. Drive solutions that address identified market-specific opportunities

  5. Influence and partner with product teams to execute on solutions

  6. Partner with analytics teams to identify high-impact opportunities, validate key findings, and measure impact of execution

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of experience in product management or a related field

  2. Experience in the understanding of the Nigerian market, including its unique challenges and opportunities

  3. Native fluency in one or more indigenous Nigerian languages as this role requires the understanding of local product landscape and cultural context to develop solutions

  4. Excellent communication and collaboration experiences, with the ability to work effectively with and influence cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and analytics across different countries and cultures, in English

  2. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making

  5. Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones
