TBT Restaurants LLC Cooks, Restaurant in Lafayette, Louisiana
Prepare, season, and cook Vietnamese dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants. Will order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on menu, and plan menu. Will plan and direct catering for parties. Must be able to demonstrate a knowledge of Vietnamese dishes and their preparation. Employee must be willing to travel for catering duties, but no more than 12 times/year. All catering duties will be in Lafayette Parish.
