- Interview, orient and provide ongoing mentoring and supervision of case management staff.
- Provide regular individual and team supervision of case management teams.
- Coordinate periodic professional development opportunities to support case managers ability to achieve positive client outcomes.
- Provide mediation in situations of client non-compliance and grievances.
- Monitor service delivery by case managers and conduct periodic program audits to ensure operational compliance with all grant-funded programs, including fiscal, case noting and client outcomes tracking.
- Review, approve and track financial assistance requests and work with administrative staff to ensure grant utilization tracking.
- Participate on agency management and leadership teams as requested.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with community partners and represent LTHC at events and community committees as requested.
