[Integrity Enterprise Services LLC[ is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented *Post-Construction Cleaner to join our team in Central Indiana. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that newly constructed or renovated spaces are clean, safe, and ready for client handover.

*[Job Tile: Post-Construction Cleaner Part and Full Time Positions *[Hourly Rate $17- $18 per hour

• [Perform thorough cleaning of post-construction sites, including:]{new="" roman="" times=""}
  • Dusting and washing all surfaces
  • Cleaning floors, walls, windows, and ceilings
  • Removing excess construction materials, such as adhesives, dust, and paint splatters
  • Cleaning and polishing windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
  • Vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors
  • Disposing of construction debris and garbage
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the job site
• Handle and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is properly stored and functional
• Report any damage or safety hazards to the Site Supervisor
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on schedule
• Follow specific cleaning instructions from supervisors and adapt to varying site conditions

Experience:

Previous experience in post-construction cleaning or general commercial/residential cleaning is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive movements (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting).

Attention to Detail:

High level of attention to detail is required to ensure the finished spaces are clean and ready for handover.

Time Management:

Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.

Team Player:

Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
