DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Summary The EDI Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the setup of EDI for Vendors/Customers to enhance the efficiency of Hajoca Profit Centers through the utilization of the Eclipse wholesale distribution software package. This role demands timely and precise execution, not only during the initial setup but also throughout the entire lifecycle of the trading partnership. As a service-oriented position, it necessitates outstanding communication and organizational skills, a comprehensive understanding of EDI functionality, preferably with prior knowledge of the Eclipse application. The ability to interact effectively with both Vendors/Customers and our internal employees is essential to ensure seamless coordination and support.

Job Duties EDI Duties * Coordinate vendor & customer EDI setup. This includes submitting requests for new trading partnerships to be set up with our VAN(s), requesting product file maintenance when appropriate, and performing EDI file maintenance in preparation for the actual testing. * Communicate effectively to Profit Centers, A/P, CAP Personnel, and Hajoca management, regarding the status of EDI efforts, live dates, and if appropriate EDI issues that occur after going live. * Request that the Hajoca HUB pages are updated when a vendor is set up for EDI. * Monitor each trading partnership closely after going live and continue to monitor appropriate EDI queues daily to ensure that Purchase Orders and Invoices are received and sent in a timely manner. * Maintain each Trading Partnership as new Profit Centers or documents are added (i.e. Invoices and Purchase Orders). * Create strong and productive relationships with Vendor/Customer EDI liaisons to ensure the prompt resolution of EDI issues as well as with our own Employees to ensure a comfort level with EDI.

Job Duties(continued) * Use knowledge gained from experience and training to answer EDI questions of all varieties. Be familiar with Hajoca resources to solve issues outside knowledge base. * Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as requested.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Knowledge of the day-to-day business operations of Hajoca Profit Centers. * Basic knowledge of the Eclipse system. * Broad knowledge of Eclipse Purchasing and AP applications. * Ability to troubleshoot EDI issues as they arise. * Outstanding customer service and communication skills. * Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with vendors, customers, and co-workers. * Ability to research, analyze data and solve problems. * Ability to prioritize work projects and multi-task. * Read, write, speak, and understand English. * Must have a strong work ethic, high standard of integrity, and be adaptable. * Must have a professional demeanor and be punctual, responsible, and energetic.

Education, Training, Experience Required * 2+ years' experience with EDI projects * 1+ years' experience in customer service or support * Strong keyboarding skills

Preferred * College degree or equivalent experience * Broad knowledge of the Eclipse software package * Product knowledge
