Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Ladson, South Carolina
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the manufacturing industry, based in Ladson, South Carolina. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a critical role in managing and processing company invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full Accounts Payable process, ensuring all invoices are accurately processed and recorded
• Utilize NetSuite and NetSuite CRM to manage and track all invoice-related activities
• Review all vendor invoices for accuracy and completion, addressing any discrepancies promptly
• Enter all vendor invoices into the accounting system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
• Post all approved invoices to the appropriate accounts in a timely manner
• Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts, taking necessary actions to address any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer credit applications
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures
• Experience with NetSuite and NetSuite CRM software
• Ability to accurately enter and post vendor invoices
• Experience in reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Familiarity with the process of approving invoices for payment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Understanding of general accounting principles and financial regulations.
