The Water Resources{rel="nofollow"} (WR) *program within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill a *Water Rights, Field, and Data Management Assistant (Environmental Specialist 1) position. This position is locatedin our *Southwest Region Office (SWRO) in* *Lacey, WA.{rel="nofollow"} Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.

In this position, you will support the SWRO Water Resources staff in drought response assistance for expected drought conditions in the Spring, Summer and Fall of 2024. You will perform data entry, filing, literature and database searches, reservation tracking, and assist in field investigations as needed.
