Providence St. Joseph Health Program Coordinator in Lacey, Washington

Description Program Coordinator- SCS Home Health- Lacey, Washington Schedule: Full Time/Days working Monday- Friday Onsite position working in Lacey The Home Health Program Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to Providence Sound Home Care ministry in the form of ongoing program support and office management. Working closely with the Home Health Director, Home Health Clinical Managers, Hospice Program Coordinator, and other team members, the coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination and maintenance of strategy-related reports, home health initiatives, tracking tools, online resources and other needs, as appropriate, in addition to performing routine office management tasks. Administrative duties include collaboration with facility management and Providence real estate team, maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment, and ensuring the business and ministry licensures are current. Required qualifications: 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably in a health care setting.
