Description:
Assists sales representatives and customers in assessing needs, selecting products and recommending alternatives when their products are unavailable.
Prepares and provides quotations based on current catalog or approved sources.
Reviews and provides quotations based on current catalog or approved sources, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Utilizes Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring all leads and opportunities are documented and followed up on.
