Are you a HR Generalist? Are you looking for a temporary HR position? We may have a temporary position for you! We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our client in La Mirada. The position is fully onsite for a month. Ideally, this person also is experienced with federal and state laws, employee relations, updating policies, and handling onboarding. salary: $28 - $32 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Day to day management of employees
Oversee employee relations
Recommend new and updated policies and procedures for the office
Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees, including New Hire Orientation
Assist with employee retention
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
