Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively manage various HR processes.

Duties

• Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates and sourcing talent to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
• Manage employee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
• Utilize HR software such as Dayforce and Paylocity for efficient HR operations.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers related to HR functions.
• Lead program management initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes for continuous improvement and compliance with employment labor laws.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for workforce planning and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
• Proven experience on human resources labor laws.
• Strong interviewing skills with a focus on effective candidate assessment.
• Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
• Familiarity with HR software such as Workforce, Hubstaff is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills for handling contracts and vendor agreements.
• Demonstrated experience in program management and process improvement initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
