Our client, a leading property management firm located in the San Diego area is looking for a charismatic Front Desk Coordinator to join their team.
The Front Desk Coordinator will be seated in the lobby, and will be responsible for:
Welcoming visitors in a professional demeanor
Answering and transferring calls
Receiving and distributing mail and packages Issuing badges
Providing additional administrative support as requested.
Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-3+ years of work experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Accountable, accurate, organized and disciplined
Able to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication
Microsoft Outlook, Prepare Presentations, Scheduling Appt - Calendar Management, Report Generation, Scanning, Records Maintenance, Order Office Supplies, Copying, Compose Correspondence, Email, Coordinate Meetings, Customer Service, Conference Room Setup & Cleanup, Filing, Microsoft Word, Basic Office Skills, Mail Processing, Switchboard - Phones 1 - 10 Lines, Microsoft Excel
