OfficeTeam is recruiting for Customer Service Representatives at this time.
Our clients located in San Diego County are seeking Customer Service Representatives with excellent interpersonal and excel in face to face customer interaction. The candidate must be able to work with internal and external contacts. The candidate must be flexible and able to tackle other duties as assigned. Previous call center or inbound/outbound phone experience is preferred.
Essential Job Duties and Expectations as a Customer Service Representative:
Resolve customer service inquiries and concerns regarding products and services Increase customer satisfaction by offering alternative solutions and products
Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned
Face to face customer service using POS system (cash, credit, and check payments)
Event set up and breakdown as requested
Excellent telephone communication skills.
Ability to focus on each individual customer.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment, multi-task and make sound decisions. Ability to use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer issues.
Be a team player with a positive attitude. Ability to appropriately engage customer.
Basic computer skills
Experience with high volume customer interfacing. Cash handling experience is a plus.
High School diploma or equivalent.
One or more years total experience in a Customer Service role.
Some Sales related experience preferred, but not required
