A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the overall shift operations, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence. Typically support a staff of 1 to 8 team members and carry out administrative responsibilities consistent with policies, procedures. Qualifications: * At least 16 years of age. * Demonstrated customer service and or food service experience. Duties: * Guides the activities of the shift ensuring completion of tasks to meet business demands and superior customer experience. * Coaches Team Members in their assigned roles and according to operational standards. * Supports the training of team members to successfully handle service issues and intervene when necessary. Provides input regarding team member performance. * Effectively modeling employee expectations and standards. * Helps ensures the store has accurate shift coverage at all times while adhering to scheduling and labor guidelines. * Opens and/or closes store as required. Performs all safety and security tasks as required to open and close the store. * Performs cash handling and administrative functions including close-outs, safe accountability and cash drops. Conducts inventory counts and process orders as directed by the GM. * Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Restaurant Hours: * Monday through Friday - 7:30AM to 10:00PM. * Saturday through Sunday - 9:00AM to 10:00PM. * 25 to 35+ hours per week. * Flexible hours.
