Searching for qualified and ambitious individuals ready to increase revenue through exceptional customer service as an Inside Sales Representative. Qualifications: * Three years of sales experience. * Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Proficient computer skills. * Valid driver\'s license with acceptable driving record. * Experience with take-offs. * Knowledge of construction or related construction equipment preferred. Duties: * Increase sales and branch revenue. * Establish new rental and sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites. * Offer a full range of products and services to new and current customers, including other specialty product lines and the sale or rental of equipment. * Coordinate with all branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction. * Educate customers about equipment through demonstration. * Perform other duties as assigned. Wage and benefits: * \$40,000 to \$70,000 Yearly (plus uncapped commission). * Medical insurance, retirement, training.
