JOB REQUIREMENTS: Arrow Behavioral Health Service, LLC is currently recruiting for a full-time, Substance Abuse Counselors (must have a minimum of a SAC-IT license) to provide individual and group counseling, case management, and supervision to persons under the care of corrections. Locations consist of Black River Falls, New Lisbon, and Winnebago depending on the location you would like to be hired at. This position formulates and implements individual and group interventions in the areas of reentry programming, included but not limited to programming in the areas of Substance Abuse. The specialist will conduct evaluations using evidenced-based evaluation rating tools, will implement case and treatment plans, and will deliver evidence-based programming. The specialist will develop and implement therapeutic interventions to improve Persons In Our Care (PIOC) success in completing program requirements.
