Schedule Weekly Hours:40 We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Lab Team! As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams and delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment. What you\'ll do: Develop and maintain detailed project plans for Laboratory Services projects, ensuring timely execution and resolution. Collaborate with team members to receive updates and meet project deadlines. Apply historical knowledge of work processes to better estimate timeframes and resources for new projects. Communicate project status to stakeholders, and maintain an issue log to track and resolve problems. Serve as a liaison between the laboratory and its customers to identify strategic focus areas and strengthen relationships, while facilitating team collaboration and measuring project impact. What you\'ll need: Bachelor\'s degree in Medical Technology (MT/CLS) or Business or Accounting or Information Management or a related field A copy of the applicant\'s/employee\'s diploma and/or transcript as confirmation of the education requirement must be provided at time of hire 3-4 years of experience in healthcare system implementation process Lab experience a plus! Ability to work on site in La Crosse, WI at least 50% of the time.
