JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Help desk Technician * Role: Full Time: Contract * Job Title: IT Technician * Location: 2213 S 20th St, La Crosse, WI 54601 * Duration: 6+ months assignment with possible extension * Schedule: Onsite -5 days a week with flexibility (8-4 normal shifts, can do 6 am-2 pm or 9 to 5 ) As an IT Technician, your responsibilities: Responsibilities * Computer replacement * Will diagnose technical issues such as (Microsoft Auto Pilot) * Basic knowledge of active directory * Customer service org with strong verbal communication skills * Phone troubleshooting-Android, Ios, iPad, and Windows-based tablet * Win 10, win 11 * MS Office 365, MS Teams * Unboxing the computers and boxes and shipping them to the suppliers * Some climbing and lifting may be required like 20 pounds * ServiceNow knowledge (ticketing system), * Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills with Strong oral and written communication skills. * Diagnose and troubleshoot workstation, application, * Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow documentation procedures. * Education * High school Diploma, an Associate would be awesome, those who are Pursuing a bachelor/degree are also welcome * Experience:3 years or more is fine * 4 weeks training Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
