JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non-profit, human service agency providing a variety of services throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. An IRIS Consultant (IC) partners with participants to develop a thoughtful and effective plan for long-term care supports and services.
