Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for supporting the design, planning, coordinating implementation, executing, and monitoring of diverse enterprise-wide portfolio level projects and initiatives ensuring deadlines are met. Projects may cross multiple functional and/or service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops project support structure and ensures outstanding issues are driven to completion (i.e. transition mailbox)

• Completes and communicates assigned project tasks within the deadlines set forth by the project manager

• Leverages resources as needed for project deliverables

• Discusses project status, completion, success metrics, issues, client and team satisfaction during internal meetings (scheduled and ad hoc)

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

• Ability to work independently and possess strong problem solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Project Management training preferred
