Schedule Weekly Hours:20 The Hospital Float Pool is staffed by RNs and CNAs who are trained to work inpatient units, such as medical-surgical, maternal child health, critical care and inpatient behavioral health. What You\'ll Do: 0.5 FTE - 40 hours every two weeks 8-hour Days (6:30am - 3pm) and PMs (2:30pm-11pm) shifts Every other weekend and holiday What You\'ll Get: Starting pay of \$17.55/hour + more for experience 40-hour flex overtime computation Shift Differentials: PMs: \$.75, Nights: \$1.75, Weekends: \$1.50 Top-rated retirement plan and healthcare benefits Professional Development Opportunities/Career Development Center What You\'ll Need: Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire Gundersen Health System is healthcare for neighbors, by neighbors.
