Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Global Head of PMO by providing monthly budget forecasts and reconciling invoices.

• Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to create and execute NDAs/Contracts/Statements of Work/Change Orders, to monitor and renegotiate upon expiration of those documents.

• Collaborates with engineering leads to develop project milestones and facilitates development and testing progress against milestones

• Collaborates with other product managers across different BUs in developing new features and ensuring appropriate support

• Attends project meetings, provides project status to the Project/Program Manager and assumes the ownership for the delivery of the technical components of the program Effectively applies ELC / IT PMO methodology and enforces project standards across projects and work efforts.

• Provides Project Financial Management, to:

• Ensure project funding processes are completed

• Manage project budget and changes

• Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis

• Update project forecasts on a monthly basis

• Track and report on project burn rate

• Creates and coordinates communication to stakeholders and assists with stakeholder management.

• Tracks key project milestones and manages project plans, budget and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders based on agreed requirements and scope, using defined change control processes.

• Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources (people/money) of the work effort being managed.

• Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.

• Ensure all programs and projects are delivered comprehensively, completely, on time, and within budget.

• Collaborate with Projects/Governance Teams to kick off new projects, to submit project documentation, and to report project status.

• Responsible for managing all aspects of project management from discovery through delivery implementation.

• Identifies resource needs and ensures resources are accountable and delivering against their project commitments.

• Performs quality reviews and follows quality assurance procedures.

• Manage project risk exposure and will escalate functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.

• Directs and monitors work efforts daily & selects appropriate work procedures and approaches to address technical/functional, process and/or people challenges.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience

• SDLC Methodologies - Agile / Scrum / Rapid Development / Iterative Development / Waterfall 

• Minimum 2-3 full cycle of SAP SD/OM/WM or any SAP Supply chain implementation being fully responsible for the end-to-end delivery as project manager 

• Knowledge in Integration Technologies 

• Knowledge in Retail/consumer products/ Direct consumer related experience – preferred. 

• Extensive experience with a variety of technologies and quick adaptation to new ones

Qualifications

⁃ Must have 3+ years supporting global IT teams, projects/programs, working at various levels.⁃ Project management experience, including the ability to drive projects as needed by creating and maintaining project plans, leading project meetings, assisting project teams to document business cases, creating project metrics and reports, and developing/managing roadmaps.⁃ Experience with all core aspects of the Application Lifecycle (SDLC) on several platforms and across retail business processes (including Concept to Market, Business Integration / Data Analytics, Supply Chain).⁃ Knowledge of project planning methodologies, tools, and IT standards/guidelines, project management concepts, practices, and techniques, including experience using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.⁃ Experience of managing relationships and deliverables across global IT and business organizations⁃ Prior exposure to budget management including forecasting, planning, financial reporting, resource tracking, invoice reconciliation, etc is preferred.⁃ Knowledge and experience using/administering PPM Tools⁃ Agile Project Management Experience⁃ Experience in Scrum Master/Product Owner rolesHigh Performing Leadership Competencies⁃ Understands how contributions fit into overall strategy⁃ Understands how contributions fit into overall strategy⁃ Demonstrates mindset receptive to change⁃ Seeks opportunities to grow breadth and depth of experience⁃ Actively seeks feedback from others to continuously improve⁃ Builds and leverages emotional intelligence⁃ Exhibits ability to influence without authority⁃ Adapts behavior in response to new information⁃ Recognizes unexpected learnings and shares results and insights⁃ Learns from experiences and understands that different situations may call for different skills and approaches
